Comparing the above tables we can see the house edge on the banker is 1.058%, the player 1.235% and the Tie bet 14.36%. The banker is clearly a great bet. The player bet is only marginally worse. The baccarat tie bet is considered one of the worst sucker bets around. So clearly, the banker bet is always the best mathematical play.
Whether your baccarat strategy is just to play only the table minimum or use a progression betting system, you can improve your gambling edge by adjusting your strategy to only play the banker bet. So if you were playing a reverse martingale, you would only stick to the banker bet. Playing either the player or tie would be giving the casino an unneccesary extra edge. Don't be one of the suckers, squeeze the casino margins and you'll find yourself with many more winning sessions.
Good Luck!
